About Us

Our Mission

At Inclusive Support Coordination, our mission is to provide high quality support coordination services to NDIS participants, focusing on reducing complexity in their support environments and helping them overcome immediate and significant barriers in plan implementation.

How we support NDIS participants

  • We help participants understand and effectively utilise their NDIS funding.

  • We connect participants with providers who can meet their needs and help them achieve their goals.

  • We monitor participant’s funding to ensure that it lasts the entirety of their plan.

  • We liaise with the NDIA on participant’s behalf for all NDIS related matters.

  • We link participants in with relevant mainstream services and community groups.

We offer Level 2 and Specialist Support Coordination

The majority of NDIS participants with Support Coordination funding receive Level 2 funding. However, individuals with highly complex needs requiring tailored, intensive assistance to achieve positive outcomes may qualify for Specialist Support Coordination funding.

Inclusive Support Coordination has both Level 2 and Specialist Support Coordinators.

What makes Inclusive Support Coordination different?

  • We respond to new referrals within 24 hours.

  • Our Support Coordinators have manageable caseload sizes so that they have the capacity to respond to your enquiries in a timely manner and provide you with high quality support.

  • Amy

With 6 years working closely within the disability sector and over 15 years in the childcare sector, one truth has remained constant: intervention is key.

It’s more than a service or a strategy — it’s a lifeline. It’s the difference between just getting by and truly thriving. Whether for a child just starting their journey or an adult looking to gain independence and confidence, intervention unlocks potential that may otherwise go unnoticed.

I always say, a smile is the rainbow in a stormy sky. Because every step forward — every small gain, every joyful moment — brings light to what can often feel like an overwhelming journey. And in my experience, those smiles are made possible through timely, thoughtful, and person-centered support.
