    We visit you face to face to discuss you NDIS and answer any questions you might have about it.

  • Set up the NDIS portal.

    We can help with setting you up in the NDIS portal so you can access your plan’s details.

  • Explain Service Agreements.

    We know Service Agreements can be confusing, so we help you to understand what they may mean for you.

  • Recommend service providers.

    We have a growing list of service providers that our participants have approved as being beneficial for their needs. We can also research new providers that support your specific needs as well.

  • Prepare for your plan review.

    When your NDIS plan is coming to an end, we can help with the review process to ensure you continue to receive the resources you need for living out your best life.

Action Plans.

At Inclusive Support Coordination we believe all our participants should receive the support they are looking for. That’s why we use Action Plans! Your Support Coordinator will visit you to collaboratively set up a personalised Action Plan, outlining all the important information needed for implementing your support plan! If you ever have changes that you want to make to your action plan, you can call or email us or your Support Coordinator and we’ll be sure to assist you as soon as possible!
